Character Reference/Description: link the character that needs clothing design or the one being Gijinka'ed. Please specify things like age, gender, species, personality, accessories, scars, etc.
Inspiration Pictures: reference pictures of desired clothes, accessories, body, color palette, etc.
Extras: please specify preferred pose/expression if any. If your character has any weapons/pets/etc please mention and describe here.

Payment within 3 (three) days, please.

Payment before I start working on your commission, or after a rough is sent for Custom Designs.

Give references and details with your request. Preferably graphic/picture references. Text is recommended to accurately despict the character.

I have the right to reject your commission request if I am not comfortable in drawing it.

Once I start on the commission, only minor changes are allowed. If asked for drastic changes, an additional will be charged.

You must ask for all the changes you'd like at once. You can take as much time as you need to verify if your commission is in order. I can do changes if you forget anything two times at most, more than that it will be charged.

You will receive 3 WIPs before the final version: sketch, refined (lineart), colored (flat).

Backgrounds are simple, so no scenarios. Things allowed are: flowers, galaxy, stickers, cute/chubby animals/things, hearts, geometric symbols, etc.

Your commission won't take longer than 30 days in normal circumstances. I'll always keep you updated if anything happens and your commission is delayed.

I reserve the right to publish the finished piece as a sample of my work with given credits to the character's owner. However, you may ask me to publish it at a later date (for example, after the piece has been delivered to someone's birthday).

You have the right to crop the image as you wish for personal use (such as icons). If used, proper credits and link back to any of my sites is appreciated.

Commissioner may not redistribute the commissioned work for commercial use.

Commissioner may not claim or reproduce my artworks.

You have the right to ask for changes during the sketch stage.

You only get free revision if asked during the sketch stage for great changes (such as new pose, new outfit, etc), or during the color basing stage (only referring to color changes). Anything beyond those two points will be charged, as they will be diverging from the initial order.

I don't do refunds, so please think carefully before commissioning me.

However, I'll refund if I'm not able to finish the piece. The returned price will vary depending on the stage of the progress.

I can discuss deadlines, if requested. However, that may incur a fee.

Payment plans are allowed, however the price will increase to afford paypal fees for each transaction.

Commissioning me means the commissioner agrees to the terms of service mentioned above.
